Gavi World Tour went to the London Wine Fair. On Monday 15th May the Masterclass Theatre (LWF - Ground Hall) hosted the seminar Gavi & Climate Change - safeguarding the identity of terroir.

Walter Speller, Editor for Italy for Jancisrobinson.com, and Davide Ferrarese, Consorzio Tutela del Gavi's viticultural consultant, talked about Gavi and the challenges of climate change: how the indigenous Cortese, sole ingredient of Gavi, maintains its characteristics.

Attendees had the chance to know more about various climate change scenarios, the resilience of Cortese and the identity of terroir shown through the lens of the 2021 and 2022 vintage.
