On 7th February 2024 Asia House, a wonderful venue in the heart of London, hosted an in-depth Masterclass completely dedicated to the Great White Wine of Piedmont, showcasing some highlights from a range of Gavi DOCG producers and including older vintages to increase awareness about Gavi’s aging potential.
Gavi is capable of evolving elegantly, further enhancing its already rich organoleptic properties. The distinct acidity makes for a pleasant young wine, but it also keeps Gavi fresh over the years.
The seminar entitled «DISCOVER GAVI DOCG The Great White Wine of Piedmont, made from 100% Cortese» was held by Patrick Schmitt MW, editor-in-chief for The Drinks Business. It was sold out and had a great success among participants.
