Gavi takes over Manchester!
On Tuesday 6th February 2024 the Great White Wine of Piedmont has been the protagonist of a Restaurant Tour, organized in partnership with the wine magazine The Buyer.
The tour brought participants to three different restaurants in the centre of Manchester: the wine bar Salut Wines; Bab, a specialized Middle Eastern restaurant; Home Chinese Restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine.
It was a great chance to see how Gavi DOCG performs when paired against a range of dishes from across the world taking in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian.
The tour was designed to give buyers, importers, wine merchants and sommeliers the chance to assess wines from across the Gavi region in the way they are made to be enjoyed – with food.
