On April 21st, Liverpool hosted another stop of the Gavi Restaurant Tour, the project promoted by the Consorzio in collaboration with The Buyer.
Three restaurants, three distinct culinary experiences: The Art School, one of Liverpool’s leading fine dining destinations; Chamber 36, known for its vibrant Asian-inspired small plates and cocktail culture; and Maray, celebrated for its contemporary Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, provided the setting for a tasting journey dedicated to a selected panel of industry professionals — including buyers, wine educators, wine writers and leading F&B operators from North West England.
An authentic dialogue between Gavi DOCG and the British gastronomic scene, further confirming the international appeal and versatility of one of Italy’s great white wine appellations.
